Details

A watercolour and ink painting of Burton Road in Manchester. I created this in two sittings, drawing the picture on location in ink and the returning to finish the painting a few weeks later. I really liked the idea of trying to squeeze in a parade of shops into a single picture, so I warped the perspective to provide a great 'fish eye' look at the street.

Paper

Painted on cold pressed, 300gsm 100% cotton Arches watercolour paper. Please note that the original watercolour may include small marks or blemishes not visible in the photo, as is common with all physical paintings.
