Payment

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely! We are committed to providing a safe and secure online shopping experience so you can shop with confidence. 

We use a variety of methods to keep ensure your credit/debit cards information is handled securely, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your personal data and Verisign to verify the secure connection of the site. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we take Apple Pay, Google Pay as well credit/debit cards through shopify payments

 What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it hassle free within 30 days. 

 Can I return if I’m not happy?

Yes.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to a refund or exchange within 30 days. The item should be in a resalable condition. Additional postage charges will apply.

If your item is damaged (please send a picture) and I can arrange to have another sent to you at no additional cost. 

 How long does it take to receive a refund?

Typically it takes around 8-10 business days to receive a refund, though on occasion this can be quicker. 


Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We aim to ship as worldwide as possible, however on occasion some countries are not included in the list. The best option is to add an item to your cart and go to the checkout and see if your country is accepted when the delivery cost is calculated. If not, please do send me an email and I will try to work something out. We have shipped to many countries outside of the approved list before. 

What if my item hasn’t arrived?

If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please drop me an email with your shipping number and I’ll investigate immediately. You are entitled to a 100% refund if your item did not arrive
